Chimichurri Cornwall

Chimichurri Cornwall

Chimichurri Cornwall is run by the very talented Chef, Charlotte Jackman-Bloom. Having travelled Southeast Asia, Latin America and India, Charlotte has sampled plenty of flavours which she incorporates into her dishes.

Particularly inspired by South America, Charlotte uses a combination of these flavours but sources them locally through Cornish producers, creating delicious and unique dishes that appeal to all.
